At ALDO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase date. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original box and include any provided documentation or return forms.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
